Pricing

Every service, and what it costs.

One page with all of it. Fixed prices where a fixed price is possible, ranges where the work genuinely varies, and “quoted individually” where a number on a page would be a guess. Nothing here is a starting point for a negotiation you did not know you were in.

01

One-page review and website evaluation

Start with one page, or have the whole site reviewed. The one-page review returns your most-read condition page marked up by a practicing surgeon within two business days, two a month. The evaluation is a written assessment of your live site across ten areas, each rated Good, Fair, Needs work or Critical, ending in a refresh-or-rebuild verdict and a fixed quote. If a refresh is enough, the report says so and quotes a refresh.

WhoPriceNotes
One-page review, physicians and practicesNo costOne condition page, marked up within two business days. Two reviews a month.
Evaluation: physicians, practices and surgical programsComplimentaryNo obligation. The report is yours to keep, whoever ends up doing the work.
Evaluation: businesses outside medicine$750Credited in full toward any engagement signed within 90 days, so if you proceed it costs you nothing.

Every quote in the report holds for 30 days from the date of review. What the evaluation covers →

Physician website builds

Launch is included in every build price: hosting configured under your own account, your domain connected, the padlock verified, form notifications delivered to an inbox you choose, and registration with analytics and the search consoles. There is no separate go-live fee.

BuildPriceWhat it covers
Foundation Site$3,500Up to 10 pages: home, about, six condition or procedure guides in your voice, FAQ, and a what-to-expect page.
Complete Patient-Education Site$6,500Up to 22 pages. Everything in Foundation plus a full condition library, the complete patient journey, your handout library integrated page by page, and the blog engine installed.
Group & Practice Site$8,500Up to 3 physicians. 16 shared pages plus 4 per physician — 28 pages for a three-physician practice. The shared allowance covers the practice home page, the provider directory, two location pages and the condition library, which serves every physician and so does not scale with headcount. The per-physician pages are a bio and three procedure pages.
Each additional page$250Above your package allowance, on any tier. Past 50 pages a site stops being a practice site and is scoped and quoted individually.
Each additional physician$750On a Group & Practice Site. Adds 4 pages to the allowance, which is why it costs less than buying four pages loose — the new physician reuses the shared library.
Each additional location page$400On a Group & Practice Site, beyond the two included. More than a page: hours, directions, parking and the local search listing that goes with it.
Contact form add-on$250Secure form with patient-safety guardrails, marked non-urgent and non-medical, with emergency wording. Included where a package already lists a form.
Site refresh$1,500–$3,500When the evaluation says keep and fix. Fixed quote from the evaluation. 50% to begin, 50% on completion.
Launch Assist$450For a site somebody else built that never went live: hosting under your account, domain connected, padlock confirmed, form notifications on, analytics and search consoles registered.

Payment on builds is 40% to begin, 40% on delivery of the first complete draft, 20% on your acceptance, spelled out in the services agreement. Each of those three invoices is payable by Zelle, or by card through Square with a 3% transaction fee. Every build includes a 30-day stabilization window: defect fixes and up to two hours of minor tweaks at no charge. Founding-client rates for agreements signed in 2026. How a build works →

Care plans — optional, cancel any time

No plan is required. A site we build works on its own; a plan is for practices that would rather not think about it.

PlanPriceWhat it covers
Essential Care$195/monthHosting, domain and security oversight; backups; up to one hour of content updates each month; QR and office handout refresh when the site changes; a monthly usage report in plain language.
Complete Care$395/monthEverything in Essential, with up to three hours of monthly updates, priority turnaround, a quarterly content review, and the monthly Technology & AI in Medicine article at no charge.
Practice Essential$295/monthMulti-physician sites. Two hours of updates per month.
Practice Complete$595/monthMulti-physician sites. Five hours, quarterly reviews with your designated decision-maker, and the monthly article included.
Work beyond your plan’s hours$125/hourQuoted first, always. Unused hours do not roll over; that is what keeps the flat fee low.

Prepay any care or blog plan for a year at the price of ten months.

05

Blog publishing

Billed separately from care plans, so you only pay for the cadence you sustain. Every post is drafted from your material and published only after you have verified it.

CadencePriceWorks out to
One post, as needed$95/post$95 per post. No commitment; order one when you have something to say.
Monthly — 1 post$85/month$85 per post, and a steady cadence is what search engines reward.
Twice monthly — 2 posts$160/month$80 per post.
Weekly — 4 to 5 posts$280/monthAbout $65 per post.
06

Patient teaching decks

An exam-room deck engine built from the condition pages already on your site, in whatever specialty those pages cover. The physician picks the diagnosis, the operation and the steps that apply, and the deck assembles itself in two taps.

ItemPriceNotes
Deck engine setup$1,500One time. Built against an existing RC Surgical Consulting site.
Deck maintenance$195/monthTwo hours of deck work a month — new diagnoses, new steps, rewording, new artwork — added on top of your care plan.
Or hourly$125/hourNo retainer, for a practice that expects to change the decks once or twice a year.

Quoted individually

Three services where a price list would mislead you. Each is scoped from a discovery call and quoted in a written proposal before any work starts.

Surgical registries & dashboards

Registries vary too much for a price list to mean anything — fields, rules, metrics and the performance-improvement loop are yours to define. Scoped and quoted individually.

In development

EGS program & verification consulting

Gap analysis against the standards, PI infrastructure, data capture and readiness before the site visit. Program-level work only — no clinical care, no chart review.

Speaking & grand rounds

Grand rounds, conferences, departmental retreats, podcasts and panels. Tell us the date, the audience and the format and we reply within two business days.

08

Free — the clinical tools

Four tools built for our own practice and given away. They are free to download and use as you see fit. No charge, no license to agree to, no account to create, no trial that expires, and nothing on that page to buy. Use them privately, use them with your residents, use them for as long as they are useful to you.

ToolPriceWhat it does
Promotion PacketFreeYour academic record kept as you earn it — twelve categories, each mapped to its heading on a CV, so a dated packet is ready when the committee asks.
Attending LogFreeResident and student teaching time, logged as it happens rather than reconstructed at the end of the year.
Good StandingFreeLicenses, certifications and their expiry dates, in one place that tells you what is coming due.
Drain LogFreeFor a patient sent home with a surgical drain: output and date, nothing that identifies anybody.

Each one installs to a phone home screen and keeps its records in your own browser on your own device. There is no server, no account and no sync, so nothing you type leaves the phone. What we sell is the work behind them: the same tool on your own domain, in your practice’s name and colors, configured to your protocol and kept running. Open the tools →

Paying, and what is not in the price

  • Zelle or card. Invoices are payable by Zelle at no extra cost, or by credit card through Square, which adds a 3% transaction fee to the invoice. The fee is the processor’s, not ours, and it appears as its own line so you can see exactly what it is.
  • Sales tax is separate. Texas treats website work as a taxable data processing service. Your invoice shows the tax as its own line rather than burying it.
  • Third-party costs are yours directly, and they are small. About $10 to $20 a year for the domain, and hosting is free at our recommended tier. We do not mark these up because we never touch them.
  • There is no go-live fee, no buyout and no export fee. Every account is created in your name from the start — domain, hosting, analytics, search consoles. If you leave, all of it stays yours.
  • Quotes hold for 30 days from the date of the review or proposal.
  • Nothing clinical publishes until you have verified it. That review time is yours and it is the part of a build that most often sets the schedule.

Not sure which line you are on?

If you already have a site, start with the evaluation — it is free for physicians and it ends in a fixed quote either way. If you do not, the intake takes about ten minutes.
